Big 2017 Changes—All About the Employee Experience
In 2017, HR will go beyond today’s traditional approaches and focus on their most important consumer—the employee.
This shift and more emerged in SilkRoad’s annual report, The State of Talent 2017, representing surveys of 1,335 HR professionals. Results include:
- Top concerns—developing skills, leaders and succession (44%) and connecting to company goals (34%)
- Big insight—concerns about employees experiences in onboarding (41%), performance (46%) and learning (57%)
- Big shift—moving beyond processes to employee experiences that activate and engage
The report also reviews the top 5 talent trends, including activating employees, agile performance and new “appification” technology.
